A cohort is the basic unit of the ASEAN XChange. Included in each Cohort of XChange Alumni are delegates, the core team, volunteers, Program Ambassadors and XChange Mentors. Every year, different batches of cohort organize themselves in a recollection to remember their XChange experiences, reconnect with their XChange Mentors for coaching and to move further with  scalable and impactful ideas.
