The ASEAN XChange is a social enterprise and youth policy lobbying think tank headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a social enterprise, ASEAN XChange aims to create a community of disruptors, movers and changemakers fighting to bridge poverty divides, targeting particularly young people under the age of 35, in Southeast Asia and Beyond, enabling them to be leaders at the forefront of transforming ideas into positive actions.

What We Do
ASEAN XChange brings changemakers and young leaders together to understand social problems and then transform their innovative solutions into positive actions. Our social business framework has 5 (five) elements:

Digital Leadership Series (Basic Hook) - ASEAN XChange implements the Digital Leadership Series which offers organized webinars and social media livestreams of various thought leaders and industry experts. We use our digital platforms to help build the capacity of young people in rethinking and redesigning their ideas.

Impact Workshops (Main Hook) - The concept of impact workshops provide participants with first-hand understanding on the nuances and complexities of development issues confronted by National and International Actors. Such workshops are executed in all Major Cities across the ASEAN Region with an aim to help participants improve their critical thinking and strategic planning.

XChange in Focus (Basic Product) - A 4-day intensive program which challenges a participant’s personal , national, global and regional perspectives on development concepts, while working with teams, to seek for localized solutions to the world’s most pressing problems.

ASEAN XChange Program (Main Product) - The ASEAN XChange Program is a safe civic space which provides an opportunity for young people, in Southeast Asia and its discussion partners, to design and execute innovative solutions to global challenges. The 18 day program helps leaders deep-dive on pressing topics, enabling them to move theories into practice.

ASEAN XChange Communities (Upscale) - ASEAN XChange Communities help the ASEAN XChange team fulfill the realization of its goal of positively influencing policies, practices and cultures towards a poverty free Southeast Asia. Our Communities take prime in helping the ASEAN XChange team in shaping regional and industrial environments for young people to thrive with their changemaker ideas.
